How to Sync Houseler Bookings to Google Calendar (Automatically)

Every new Houseler booking, on your Google Calendar automatically. Set up the Houseler + Zapier Google Calendar Zap in a few minutes — step by step.

You live in your calendar. Your customers book through Houseler. When those two aren't in sync, you're the one copying appointments across — or worse, double-booking.

This Zap fixes it: every new Houseler booking becomes a Google Calendar event, on its own.

Early access. The Houseler + Zapier app is in early access — email hello@houseler.com for an invite. New here? Start with How to Connect Houseler to Zapier.

What you'll build

  • Trigger: Houseler → *New Booking*
  • Action: Google Calendar → *Create Detailed Event*

Step 1 — Trigger on a new Houseler booking

  1. Create a Zap; choose HouselerNew Booking.
  2. Connect your Houseler account with your API key (from Settings → Integrations), then test to pull a recent booking.

Step 2 — Create the calendar event

  1. Add the action Google Calendar → Create Detailed Event and connect your account.
  2. Pick the calendar, then map: - Summary → title - Start / End → start / end - Description → customer__firstName + customer__phone (so the customer's details are right there in the event)
  3. Test — the event should land on your calendar — then turn the Zap on.

Good to know

  • Timing: Houseler checks for new bookings every few minutes and runs the Zap automatically — the calendar event appears shortly after the booking is made.
  • Recurring jobs: the trigger emits each booking once (it doesn't fan a repeating job into dozens of events), so your calendar stays clean.

Want the crew to see it too?

Add a second action — Slack → Send Channel Message — to post each new booking to your team channel at the same time.

Request early access and get your bookings on your calendar automatically.
