Is the Houseler Zapier integration available?
It is in early access. Houseler customers can connect it today — open Settings → Integrations in your account and follow the three steps there. It is not yet listed in Zapier’s public app directory.
What can I automate with Houseler and Zapier?
Triggers start a Zap on a new customer, a paid invoice, or a new booking. Actions let another app create a customer, draft an invoice, or add a booking in Houseler. There is also a Find Customer search for “find or create” steps.
How do I connect Houseler to Zapier?
Go to Settings → Integrations in Houseler. It walks you through three steps: add Houseler to your Zapier account with the invite link there, create an API key, and paste that key into Zapier. The key acts on your account, so keep it secret — you can revoke it any time.
Does the Zapier connection cost extra?
Houseler does not charge for the Zapier connection. You will need a Zapier account; Zapier’s own plans depend on how many Zaps and tasks you run.
Are the triggers instant?
Houseler checks for new customers, invoices, and bookings every few minutes and runs your Zaps automatically. It is reliable rather than instant — a Zap runs shortly after the activity happens.
