Can customers book a time when I am not available?

No. The page only offers times that fit your working hours and are not already taken by another appointment, so you stay in control of your calendar.

What happens after someone books?

The booking becomes an appointment on your calendar and the customer is added to your customer list. From there you run the job and send an invoice by text when you are done.

Can I take payment after the booking?

Yes. After the job, text the customer an invoice. They tap the link and pay by card, and the money goes to your bank through Stripe.
