Request deletion of your Houseler account and associated data.

A Houseler account is a shared workspace for your business. Because it can be used by multiple staff members, deletion is handled through a verified request so we can confirm it comes from an account owner. You can request deletion at any time using the steps below.

Request Account Deletion

Submit the form below from the email address associated with your account. We verify the request and permanently delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, and confirm by email when it’s done.

Prefer email? Write to contact@datasamy.com from your account email with your company name.

What We Delete

We delete or anonymize your account profile, company workspace, customer records, service history, appointments, notes, push tokens, and mobile sessions within 30 days of verifying the request.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or payment-dispute purposes. These retained records are kept only for the required period and are not used for active product access.

Before You Request Deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Export any business records you need before submitting the request. If your subscription is active, deletion also ends access to the Houseler service.
