Houseler integrations
The things a service business runs on — online booking, text invoices, and card payments — are built into Houseler, so there is nothing to set up or connect. When you need your other tools, Houseler works with Stripe, and with Zapier in early access.
What Houseler connects to
Stripe — card payments, built in
Customers pay by card from the invoice link and the money lands in your bank account through Stripe. It is part of Houseler — connect your bank once, no separate setup project and no code. Houseler is a Works-with-Stripe partner.
Online booking — built in
Share one link and customers book an open time on your calendar. There is no third-party scheduler to connect and no app for customers to download — it is already part of Houseler.
Text invoices — built in
When the job's done, text the customer an invoice they pay from their phone. Nothing to integrate — sending invoices and getting paid is built in.
Zapier — 7,000+ apps, early access
Connect Houseler to the apps you already use — QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Mailchimp, Slack — so a new booking, new customer, or paid invoice flows into them automatically. Houseler checks for new activity every few minutes and runs your Zaps for you. In early access — connect it from Settings → Integrations in your account.
API keys — built in
Create a per-company API key in Settings → Integrations. It is what connects Houseler to Zapier, it is scoped to your company, and you can revoke it any time.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about connecting Houseler to Stripe, Zapier, and your other tools.
Do I need Zapier to get paid?
No. Card payments through Stripe are built into Houseler. You connect your bank once and customers pay by card straight from the invoice link — Zapier is only for connecting Houseler to your other tools.
Does Houseler integrate with QuickBooks?
Through the Houseler + Zapier connection you can log paid invoices to QuickBooks Online — currently in early access. Houseler customers can connect it from Settings → Integrations.
Does Houseler sync with Google Calendar?
Bookings land on your Houseler calendar automatically. To also copy them into Google Calendar, use the Houseler + Zapier connection (early access). There is no separate calendar for you to manage inside Houseler.
Is there a Houseler API?
Houseler has per-company API keys — create one in Settings → Integrations. They authenticate with an X-Api-Key header and are what the Zapier connection uses today. We have not published a full API reference yet, so building your own integration directly against it is not something we support at the moment.
Are the Zapier triggers instant?
Houseler checks for new bookings, customers, and paid invoices every few minutes and runs your Zaps automatically. It is reliable rather than instant — a Zap runs shortly after the activity happens.
How do I get Zapier early access?
If you are a Houseler customer, open Settings → Integrations. It walks you through the three steps: add Houseler to your Zapier account, create an API key, and paste it into Zapier. It is not yet listed in Zapier’s public app directory.
