Cleaning invoicing, done right
Bill the frequency, not just the visit
For recurring clients, put the cadence in the description ("Bi-weekly clean — March 2nd visit"). It reminds the client what they are paying for and makes your books searchable when a payment question comes up months later.
Separate add-ons as their own lines
Inside-oven, inside-fridge, windows, laundry — each as its own line item. Clients accept add-on pricing far more readily when they can see it, and you will stop eating "while you're here, could you also…" work for free.
